![]() ![]() Previously 13th Floor Haunted House and under new ownership. Crisis averted.VISIT THE ALL NEW FEAR COLUMBUS HAUNTED HOUSE Christina was working the desk and informed us that the phone had been found! I called it to show that it was my daughter’s and she handed it to me. I explained to him why I was there and he offered to take me to their desk to see if someone found it. I found this out at the entrance when I ran into Marco. I drove there myself fully intending to pay to walk through myself in an attempt to locate it, because I know they can’t halt operations to look for a lost article, but you must buy tickets in advance which is their way for them to control the numbers. It’s her only contact with her best friend, Katie, in NC. Unfortunately, she lost her phone while going through and didn’t realize it until they were on their way home to West Jeff, so she called me from her father’s phone completely upset. Marco and Christina, you are ROCK STARS! My daughter, who was thoroughly scared by the way, visited with her father. I am leaving a 5 star review even though I haven’t experienced this haunt attraction, but because I received the best ever customer service. extra thanks to the ladies behind the merchandise counter for calling us right away!! we will be back! ![]() and a pretty scary, and long, haunted house. after driving to my grandparents in utter defeat, after a few minutes there we got a call from the worker behind the counter saying they found the phone!! a fast drive back and we got it in the same day as we lost it. it wasn’t on a form like it should’ve been, but on a slip of paper from the cash register. after reaching the end we wrote down our info to contact me ASAP for the phone we lost. even if i was sad about losing my mom’s phone: it was my first one i’ve been to when i came a while ago, and it will always be fun to walk through. onto the second part, Anarchy, and it was a blast as well. that’s all on my part of course! talk to the worker(s) about it and they started to look quick which was really kind of them. once we did i touched my pocket and- phone was missing. it was claustrophobic and i couldn’t help but panic. now, not saying it wasn’t a awesome idea, it is a haunted house after all, but while inside of the longer ones: i had lost my way around and we stayed in there for a solid minute trying to figure out way out. ![]() once we got to the inflatable tunnel things it got a bit scary. ![]() the actors waiting at the door to scare was fun, got photos and everything! Got inside and scared were amazing, but. and the moment we got to the front it was excited as all get out. Started with a butterfly filled stomach! the line honestly wasn’t that bad. Only complaint is the so called heated tent and waiting area was not heated at all and we were quite cold waiting. Krampus and a few others were walking around outside and were very interactive (scaring those not paying attention!) and eager to take pictures which made the wait very enjoyable. We had general admission tickets (no fast pass) and really didn't wait that long at all, with the staggered half hour time increment for getting in line, the line moved fast. We had our teenage sons (19 and 16) with us and we all had a great time. The props, costumes, special effects and themes set up in each room were amazing, I honestly would have liked to spend more time checking out each room and all the details!Lol. People with sensory issues may find this to be overwhelming. It was extremely loud and vibrated with sound, with flashing strobe lights also, at some points it was a bit too much, but wasn't for the entire walk through. It wasn't as scary as we thought, but they definitely got us a few times. Both attractions took about an hour to walk through all together. We had a great time, worth the money and drive. ![]()
